What we handle
Every rental includes delivery, setup, the ride, a full inflatable safety mat, a trained operator and takedown. Our operator stays at the controls for your whole booking, adjusts the speed to each rider, starts slow for beginners and stops the ride the moment someone loses their grip.
We set up the mat around the entire ride and check the area before the first rider gets on. The operator has the final say on who rides and when the ride stops.
How you can help as host
- Give us a flat, clear area with room around the mat for spectators to stand back.
- Indoors, make sure there's enough ceiling height and no low lights or beams over the ride.
- Have outlets ready that can handle the ride and the blower.
- Back up our rule that nobody rides after drinking.
- Help collect waivers before guests line up.
- Ask someone to manage the line so riders don't crowd the mat.
Rider rules
Our operator explains these on the day. Posting them near the line helps.
- Follow the operator's instructions at all times.
- One rider on the ride and one person on the mat at a time.
- Empty pockets and remove loose jewelry and glasses where possible.
- Follow the operator's rule on shoes or socks.
- Respect the age and weight limits for the ride.
- Don't ride if you're pregnant, have a back or neck condition, or have been drinking.
- When you fall, let go and roll onto the mat. Don't try to land on your hands.
Outdoor events and weather
Electrical rides can't run in the rain or on a soaked mat, and strong wind is a problem for inflatables. Plan a tent, an indoor backup room or a reschedule, and we'll go over weather terms when you book. If conditions turn on the day, our operator decides when to pause the ride.
Kids and mixed crowds
For younger children, we recommend the baby bull or a gentle setting on the dolphin. At family events, we run kids and adults in separate sessions where we can. It works well at birthdays, school fairs and company family days.

Questions people ask
Is a mechanical bull safe?
With our trained operator, a full safety mat and clear rules, rides run safely at events all the time. Falls do happen, which is why riders ride at their own risk and follow the operator's instructions.
Who decides if someone can ride?
Our operator. They can turn away anyone who doesn't meet the limits, ignores the rules or appears impaired.
Do you provide waivers?
Yes, waivers are standard on every rental. We'll explain how to collect them when you book.
