Why the low deck matters
Height is what puts people off. When the board rides close to the mat, a slip feels like stepping off a curb, and nervous guests join the line. Pick this board when you care more about how many people try it than about a dramatic show.
It also opens up venues. Basements, function rooms and school gyms with lower ceilings can often take this board when a taller unit would not fit. Send us your measurements and we will confirm the clearance.
How a session runs
Our operator starts each rider with a gentle rocking motion, then adds tilt and speed based on how they are coping. Preset difficulty levels and a timer mean we can run a longest-ride contest for you with no extra setup.
- Shoes off or soft soles, depending on our operator's rules
- One rider on the board, everyone else outside the mat
- Short rides of under a minute keep the line moving
- Our operator stops the board as soon as a rider falls
What your rental includes
We deliver the board, motor base and inflatable mat, set everything up before your guests arrive, and keep a trained operator on the controls for the whole booking. When the party ends, we take it all down and load it out. Your job is to enjoy it.
Events it suits
Families with a wide age spread get the most from it, because the same board runs slow for a seven-year-old and fast for an uncle who thinks he can surf. Schools book it for end-of-year days, and it is a smart pick for events with older guests who want a go without a big drop.
For a kids' party, we give every child a turn at the slowest setting, then a second round for anyone who wants it faster. At an adult event, post a leaderboard and hand a small prize to the longest ride of each hour. A beach playlist and a few inflatable palms do the rest of the theming.
Ready to book?
Riders ride at their own risk, follow our operator's instructions, and anyone who has been drinking sits it out. Waivers are standard. If you want riders racing each other, step up to our dual surfboards, or see all our surfboard rentals. Then get a quote and we will check your date.
Questions people ask
Is the low profile board only for kids?
No. Adults ride it too, and at higher settings it gets hard. The low deck just makes falls less dramatic.
Will it fit in a basement?
Sometimes. It depends on the ceiling, the floor area and the access route for the gear. Send us your measurements with your quote request and we will tell you.
Can we run a contest on one board?
Yes. Our operator can time each ride, so you get a simple longest-ride leaderboard.
